T-T at the Shropshire Chamber Business Awards 2024
On Friday 21st June we attended the 2024 Shropshire Business Awards at the Telford International Centre, where T-T were made finalists for the Excellence in Manufacturing and Engineering Award.
The annual event has been running for 24 years, established to celebrate the achievements of small and medium enterprises that are based within Shropshire county. On the journey to becoming a finalist we completed a written application and gave judges a tour of T-T HQ - the judging criteria included:
- Innovation and customer satisfaction
- Quality control processes, and use of new technology
- Effective leadership and management
- Testimonials, and evidence of financial success
- Wellbeing and sustainability policies and processes
This year alone we have successfully renewed and maintained quality, health, safety and environmental certifications; raised our TrustPilot profile with numerous happy customers leaving positive feedback; and lowered our water and electricity usage in line with the business's 5-year environmental targets, with 99.95% of our waste output being recycled or converted into energy.
Despite not securing the top spot, the team still enjoyed the amazing event hosted by the Shropshire Chamber of Commerce along with 600 other guests from businesses across the county.
Everyone at T-T was proud to have been recognised for our contributions to Excellence in Manufacturing and Engineering and is committed to continuing to provide high-quality manufacturing services to our customers both nationally and internationally.
