IWNL Foul Pumping Station

T-T Pumping Stations recently commissioned an adoptable station for a 750-dwelling housing development in Hythe, Kent – the station was designed and manufactured by our own in-house experts to satisfy IWNL (NAV) specifications.

The pumping station housed two Uniqa Series ZUG V submersible sewage pumps, chosen for their vortex impeller design, superior solids handling capability and compliance to the NAV’s required specifications.

The compliant sewage pump design provides effective management of suspended and fibrous solids commonly found in foul water, lending themselves to continues operational performance and reliability.

Our engineers installed and commissioned the adoptable pumping stations, testing all key operational elements of the design and optimising system operations to the housing development’s specific requirements. A detailed site report was provided along with a comprehensive operational and maintenance manual, complimented by a full manufacturer's warranty from the date of commissioning.

To guarantee a trouble-free adoption process, we also offer service and maintenance agreements complete with state-of-the-art telemetry for remote system visualisation that ensures continued operation up until the pumping station handover.
